MOBILE / STATIONARY DUST EXTRACTOR OR CENTRAL EXTRACTION SYSTEM
DECENTRALISED OR CENTRAL EXTRACTION SYSTEM?
Often the question arises as to whether a mobile or stationary dust extractor or a central extraction system should be used.
It is important to us to find an optimal solution tailored to your needs. In many cases, a mobile, stationary or central extraction system is even mandatory due to required test certificates or specific properties. This applies, for example, is in the scope of application of the DGUV Rule 109-001, grinding, brushing and polishing of aluminium. Usually, instead of dry separators, tested wet dust extractors of the NA K series from our product portfolio are used here. In addition, we take into account the local conditions as well as your individual wishes. Structural conditions can also be a decisive factor in choosing the right extraction system.
In order to make the right decision, you should know the characteristics of mobile, stationary or central extraction systems.
MOBILE AND STATIONARY DUST EXTRACTORS
WHEN DO I NEED A MOBILE OR STATIONARY EXTRACTION SYSTEM?
The following characteristics apply to mobile and stationary dust extractors:
- Flexibility: Use in different, changing or widely separated workplaces
- Compact size: Can be used as a single-point solution or small multi-point extraction
- Low installation costs: set up, connect, get started
- Low investment volume: suitable for companies with few extraction workstations
- Space-saving
- Use in recirculation mode: low piping costs, flexible deployment. The filtered air is mainly returned to the workroom ( recirculation mode ).
- Suitable for extraction of hazardous dusts: test certificate of dust class H and special ATEX versions available

CENTRAL EXTRACTION SYSTEM
WHEN DO I NEED A CENTRAL EXTRACTION SYSTEM?
For central extraction systems, the following characteristics apply:
- An extraction unit that extracts at several points at the same time
- Modular retrofit possible: adapts to individual requirements. Suitable for a larger number of workplaces or areas of application
- Comparatively lower investment volume compared to single user solutions, if extraction is needed at many workstations simultaneously
- Can be used in recirculation and / or exhaust air mode

INDIVIDUAL EXTRACTION SOLUTION
Both solutions offer advantages that must be defined individually for the customer. It is always important to make a decision that offers the customer the best solution according to his individual circumstances and requirements in terms of extraction technology. The principle is: optimal success for the customer with the best price and performance ratio.
