Extraction arms for precise collection

The ESTA extraction arms enable precise collection of welding and soldering fumes, gases, vapours and dusts directly at the source. Thanks to gas pressure springs, the extraction arms can be moved effortlessly into any desired position, while their robust support construction guarantees an unobstructed air volume flow. This allows extremely effective extraction that is fully tailored to your needs. The extraction arms are available in various configurations, nominal widths and operating ranges.

Extraction booths for enclosing workplaces and machines

ESTA extraction booths are designed for the complete enclosure of machines, robots and workstations. The booths, optimised for dust extraction and flow, are available not only in standard versions, but also as special versions with individual configuration options, such as integrated lighting and doors. The extraction booths can be combined perfectly with ESTA extraction systems or integrated into an existing extraction system.

Extraction tables for direct extraction at the workplace

In combination with an extraction system, the ESTA extraction tables enable emissions to be collected directly at the workbench, helping you to organise your work processes efficiently and in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. ESTA offers a wide range of extraction tables that are specifically tailored to your requirements and can be connected easily to various extraction systems.

The modular system extraction hood for connection to a filter unit or a fan ist used in all applications where point extraction ist not feasible and a larger capture radius is required.
