EXTRACTION TABLES
FLEXIBLE EXTRACTION TABLES THAT ADAPT TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Extraction tables are ideal for large-scale collection at individual workplaces. They reliably detect and filter a wide range of emissions such as welding fumes, dust, chips or mists, which are generated during grinding, cutting or welding, among other things.
Accordingly, extraction tables can be used as a welding table, grinding table, painting table and thermal cutting table. In addition, they can be used as assembly and worktables without extraction.
The range of applications is not limited to metalworking. The workplace systems are also an effective solution in the processing of carbon fibre reinforced plastics or in bonding work.
All ESTA extraction tables can be connected to an extraction system (also third-party products) or a fan, and are designed by our experts especially for the respective application. Whether with a hood, lighting or as a height-adjustable version - ESTA offers the right extraction table for almost all requirements.
PROVEN QUALITY
CERTIFIED PRODUCTS TO MINIMISE RISKS
Optionally, the extraction tables are also available in an ATEX version. They are therefore also suitable for use in potentially explosive zones (zone 22).
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The compact extraction table TableBox Air is mobile and suitable for continuous operation. It has an integrated filter system and a fan for extracting welding fumes and dry, free-flowing dust particles. Thanks to EC technology, the extraction table is highly efficient and quiet in operation.
The compact thermal cutting table is suitable for both thermal and mechanical or flameless separation processes. The extraction table is equipped with water pans, which serve as material and spark pre-separators. The multiple deflection of the airflow effectively protects the user from flying sparks and harmful dust and fumes.
The height-adjustable welding and grinding table A, in combination with a fan or an extraction system, filters dusty air without any problems and thus ensures pleasant and safe working conditions.
The 360° extraction table is especially suitable for thermal and mechanical separation processes such as welding, grinding, milling or cutting. Thanks to the turning function of the table, users have optimum access to the workpiece from all sides. This eliminates the time-consuming clamping processes that cost a considerable amount of working time. The extraction table is equipped as standard with a quality vice and can be connected to an extraction system or a fan.
The TableBox Active is a mobile extraction table that uses activated carbon cartridges to filter process-related, unpleasant odours from the air. Thanks to its easy-to-handle design, the extraction table can be used flexibly in production. An EC motor guarantees a particularly quiet and efficient system operation.
Plasma cutting table
Plasma cutting table with water pans for separation and plasma cutting processes.

Downdraft tables – Key to high-performance extraction
Downdraft tables are key to high-performance extraction in a manufacturing setting. The surface of the worktable is perforated to draw contaminants away through built-in ventilation from the operator and the work being performed in a wide variety of industry applications. An extraction table can be used as a welding table or a table for cutting, milling and grinding in many manufacturing processes. The result is the reduced emission of contaminants and therefore less risk to employee health, as well as a cleaner and more comfortable working environment.
ESTA downdraft tables are tailored to individual needs
Height-adjustable ESTA downdraft tables are available in various sizes in a modular design to suit the individual needs of manufacturing companies operating in different industries. This type of extraction table is ideal for the large-scale collection of pollutants at individual workstations. It is possible to detect and filter welding fumes, dust, chips or mist resulting from welding, grinding, painting or thermal cutting. If the extractor is not required at any given time, the downdraft table can be used as an assembly table or worktable without any extraction. ESTA downdraft tables can be easily connected to an existing extraction system (even third-party systems), or a fan and ESTA experts are always at hand to help with the design for a specific application. Additional accessories, such as lighting, can be added and an ATEX version for potentially explosive zones (zone 22) is available.
Three extractor table versions are available:
- ESTA’s thermal or plasma cutting table is suitable for both thermal and mechanical or flameless separation processes. It features water pans, which serve as material and spark pre-separators. The operator is protected from flying sparks and harmful dust and fumes by highly efficient airflow deflection.
- Table A is a welding table and a grinding table and operates in combination with a fan or an extraction system to remedy the emission of contaminants at the workstation.
- The 360° extraction table is ideal for thermal and mechanical separation processes such as welding, grinding, milling or cutting. Its 360° turning function means that it can be accessed from all angles and it is fitted with a vice.
EXTREMELY LOW-NOISE AND EFFECTIVE
ESTA downdraft tables offer quiet operation and effective results. The extractor tables capture and remove harmful particles and fumes from the working area, contributing to a reduced overall emission of pollutants. They can be easily positioned next to process machinery and built-in rollers make it simple to move them around when required. With their easy cleaning and low maintenance, not to mention extensive leg room, the workforce and the company can only benefit from their use.
