Our extraction fans of the RG series include medium-pressure fans in an aerodynamically optimised design for a wide range of applications in recirculation or extraction operation. The RG series fans ensure simple and cost-effective extraction of dust particles, fumes and vapours. As a feed air blower, it is suitable for ventilation of rooms, tanks and shafts as well as for transporting granulates thanks to the air flow generated.

ProductdetailsESTA extraction fans RG-100 to RG-800 in radial design (radial fan) ensure air flow and negative pressure in the medium pressure range. The pressure is built up in a controlled manner to direct fumes from the extraction site into the outdoors via a filter unit or without filtering.
The RG extraction fan with extraction arm extracts dust particles or smoke via the extraction arm and directs them into the required area through an impeller without filtering. The purpose and aim is to transport exhaust air to a different place inside or outside the building. This ensures clean air in the workplace.
The extraction unit RG with ball-joint extraction arm is equipped with an attachment bracket for ceiling or wall assembly. The extraction arm with oval hood is two or three metres in length.
The mobile RG extraction units offer a simple yet cost-effective solution to extract dust from alternating work stations. The devices are available in three performance levels with a filter bag or cartridge filter for recirculation mode.

With extraction fans, also known as extraction ventilators, ESTA offers you a wide range of possible applications: Our industrial radial fans, also known as radial ventilators, are equipped with powerful motors and are ideal for extracting vapours, welding fumes and fine wood and metal dust. Thanks to their compact design, these industrial fans fit easily into the production area. Whether in recirculation or exhaust air mode - the radial fans adapt to your requirements.
SPECIAL VERSIONS OF EXTRACTION FANS
The extraction fans are available in special versions. The RG-100 and RG-200 fans are available as AC versions. It is possible to install the motor on the left-hand side. The outlet nozzles of the fans are variable. The extraction fan can also be installed on a wall or ceiling using the attachment bracket. The radial fan RG-100 to RG-800 is also available in the ATEX version.

Extraction fans from ESTA are used in various industries such as the construction industry, printing works and mechanical engineering. INDUSTRIAL RADIAL FANS FOR DUST, SMOKE AND VAPOURS
Emissions such as dust, smoke and vapour are produced during work processes in industry. They make the work process more difficult and involve health risks. In combination with a filter unit, extraction fans from ESTA's RG series are an efficient solution for extracting such emissions. Connected either directly to pipe system or via a extraction hood to an extraction arm, the extraction system can be used as a single-user or multi-user extraction system.
MOBILE EXTRACTION FANS FOR FLEXIBLE USE
Mobile extraction fans are easy to use at different work stations and are suitable for extracting dust generated in machines or during production processes. They are available in three power levels. The power output of the three motors is 0.55 kW, 1.1 kW and 2.2 kW, providing sufficient pressure and a reliable air flow. The standard version of the industrial fan is equipped with a dust bag. Filtering the contaminated air using a permanent filter cartridge is another version of the extraction blowers.
