NEW WELDING FUME FILTERS WITH MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY AND EFFICIENCY
DUSTOMAT DRY is the new all-rounder series for welding fume extraction in the medium performance range with air volumes of 2,000 to 6,400 cubic meters of air per hour. The extraction units are suitable for nearly all purposes and effectively extract, among other things, the welding and soldering fumes produced when processing different metals. Thanks to the modular housing concept, the units can be configured to fit precisely. Depending on the application, the filter package can be equipped with a separation efficiency of up to 99.995 %. In addition, individual system components can be flexibly adapted to the spatial conditions, such as the position of the intake connection piece, the control cabinet and the touch display. The DUSTOMAT DRY devices are suitable for single as well as multiple user extraction and are soon available with a W3 certificate.
The DUSTOMAT DRY welding fume filters are characterised by their optimised aerodynamic design, which enables powerful extraction performance and higher energy efficiency at the same time. The innovative filter cleaning system reduces compressed air consumption by up to 50 percent compared to conventional filter cleaning systems. This leads to additional savings in operating costs and extends the service life of the filter media. There is also the option of operating the extraction systems in 100 percent air recirculation mode, which saves on heating costs in winter. The sound-insulated housing design ensures very quiet operation and protects employees from additional noise emissions.
