Our wet separators are based on a simple but effective principle. The contaminated air is passed through a film of water, which binds the dust particles and collects them in the water. The cleaned air is then passed through a multi-stage filter system to remove even the finest particles.

DUSTOMAT HYDRO SERIES
The DUSTOMAT HYDRO series was specially developed for the extraction of aluminium dust in spark-intensive processes. The innovative multi-stage filter system – consisting of pre-separators, a water separator and an optional HEPA H14 filter – ensures particularly high separation efficiencies of up to 99.995 %. Automatic water filling and level monitoring guarantee safe, uninterrupted operation.
